PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Atrovite Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively "Atrovite", "we", "our", "us") collect, use, share, protect, and otherwise process your information and personal data through our website https://atrovite.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
Your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform or providing your information, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and applicable service terms, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect your personal data when you interact with us through the Platform:
- ◆Name, email address, and message content submitted through our contact form.
- ◆Service of interest indicated during your inquiry.
- ◆Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps from standard server logs.
We do not collect payment instrument information, biometric data, or any sensitive personal data through this Platform. We do not use cookies for tracking or run targeted advertising. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes and are not linked to your personal identity.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data you provide to:
- ◆Respond to your inquiry or service request.
- ◆Prepare and deliver a custom service quotation.
- ◆Communicate with you regarding your project or engagement.
- ◆Improve and personalise your experience on the Platform.
- ◆Detect and protect against error, fraud, or other harmful activity.
- ◆Enforce our Terms of Use and comply with legal obligations.
We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent. You will have the ability to opt out of any marketing communications at any time.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- ◆Service providers: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) for transactional email delivery, and our hosting provider for website infrastructure. These providers are contractually obligated to process your data only as directed by us.
- ◆Legal compliance: We may disclose personal data to government agencies or authorised law enforcement if required by law, court order, or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- ◆Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.
5. Security Precautions
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed server-side only — no personal data is exposed to the client browser or third-party scripts.
However, transmission over the internet cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure. By using the Platform, you accept the inherent security implications of internet data transmission.
If you receive any communication claiming to be from Atrovite requesting sensitive information (passwords, card details, etc.), please do not respond and report it immediately to support@atrovite.com.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required under applicable law — typically no longer than 2 years after last contact.
To request deletion of your personal data, write to us at support@atrovite.com. We will process your request within 30 days. We may delay deletion if there is a pending grievance, active engagement, or legal obligation. Deleted data will be anonymised for any analytical purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable privacy law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000), you have the right to:
- ◆Access the personal data we hold about you.
- ◆Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- ◆Request deletion of your personal data.
- ◆Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
- ◆Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@atrovite.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Consent
By visiting our Platform or providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data". Withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective and may restrict our ability to provide certain services.
9. Mobile Applications
Atrovite Technologies publishes mobile applications ("Apps") on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This section applies to all our Apps in addition to the general terms above. Data practices vary by App — each App's store listing includes a Data Safety declaration specifying exactly what that App collects.
Depending on the App, we may collect:
- ◆Account information — name, email address, or other identifiers, only if the App requires account creation or sign-in.
- ◆Usage and game data — scores, progress, preferences, and session activity, to provide and improve App functionality.
- ◆Device information — device model, OS version, language, and identifiers, for compatibility and analytics purposes.
- ◆Communications — messages or support requests submitted through the App.
Some of our Apps do not require any account or personal information to use. In those Apps, all game or usage data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that requires it (such as cloud save or leaderboards).
Any data collected by third-party SDKs integrated into our Apps is governed by the respective third party's privacy policy. We do not have access to or control over data collected by these SDKs beyond what is described in this policy.
10. Advertising — Google AdMob
Some of our Apps are free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob ("AdMob"), a service provided by Google LLC. Where AdMob is integrated, it may collect and use the following data to serve advertisements:
- ◆Advertising identifiers — Android Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple IDFA, resettable device identifiers used for ad targeting and frequency capping.
- ◆Approximate location — derived from IP address at country or region level only. We do not request GPS or precise location for advertising purposes.
- ◆Device information — device model, OS version, screen size, and language.
- ◆Ad interaction data — whether an ad was shown, clicked, or dismissed.
- ◆App diagnostics — crash logs and performance data used to improve ad delivery.
This data is collected by AdMob on our behalf and is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store any of this data on our own servers.
Opting out of personalised ads: You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads at any time via your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Opting out will not remove ads from supported Apps but will result in non-personalised ads being shown instead.
Where offered, a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase permanently disables advertising in that App. Such purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store — we do not receive or store any payment information.
12. Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager for analytics and conversion tracking. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google through Tag Manager. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will alert you about significant changes as required under applicable laws. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
